Green Roofing and Construction did a complementary evaluation of my roof following a hail storm. The representatives were timely, professional, and courteous. So, I just received a certified mail letter from Green Roofing & Construction that they are going to put a lien on my house because my insurance company has not paid them $150 they feel they are owed. Rather than work with the multi-billion dollar insurance company to get $150 they'd rather put a lien on my house. They did not do any work on my house. I don't even remember if they were one of the roofing companies I called for an estimate. Regardless I hired another company who were absolutely amazing, so I don't even know what the $150 charge is for. But I do have a letter informing me that there will be a lien placed on my house. I will assume this charge is part of a scam to get money from the insurance company and the insurance company is having none of it. Hire a lawyer to protect yourself if you are thinking about calling Green Roofing & Construction. They appear to be unethical. Green Roofing & Construction went above and beyond after my house was damaged from a hail storm. Their team was professional and constantly kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs throughout the entire process. My house looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Green Roofing met with our inspector to ensure the best possible outcome. The inspector pointed out the job had a deadline so these guys came out within a week and finished the job done in a day. The large crew was super prompt, arrived at 7:30a ready to go and were gone by 4p. Hard to tell they were even here - except for the perfect roof they left behind! I had my shingles upgraded after having hail damage on my roof. This company gave me first class service and follow up.  They gave a lot of attention to details and ensured that I was satisfied all around.  I believe that they went above and beyond my expectations because they actually did MORE work than they promised and documented in the original contract; ie painted flashers to my preference, upgraded my vents, additional coating under roof, provided me with extra matching shingles for future.  This project was done in 2015 and I’ve been quite please with the work even 3 years after. I highly recommend this company for their thouroughness, professionalism, and follow up. My company used Green roofing and construction and they did very well! They were on schedule and always cleaned up after themselves. The project managers onsite were always nice and respectful. They are such an amazing company!  I've never worked with a company that has communicated as much as they have.  I am huge on customer service and they have over exceeded my expectations.  I am looking forward for them to transition into renovating the interior of homes so I can contract out through them too.
