Our Process
Inspection
We start off with a FREE no-obligation inspection to look for possible storm damage, such as torn roof, hail damage, broken or cracked windows, or even fence damage. If evidence points to substantial storm damage, we may advise you to file a claim with your insurance company.
Insurance Claim
Although it is the homeowner’s responsibility to call in an insurance claim, we will be happy to join you on the call to help explain the type and scope of damage that we found. Our goal is to walk with you through the entire process and shoulder the burden of the repairs so that you can carry on with life.
Adjuster Meeting
Your insurance company will schedule a time for an adjuster to come visit your property. We will meet the insurance adjuster on site to assist in any way possible and answer any questions that may arise, always being positive and non-confrontational in our approach.
Restoration
If your claim is approved, we will then begin the restoration process on your property. We are a full-service roofing & construction company and will take care of everything according to your claim.

Leanna Butterfield Cruz2019-09-26So, I just received a certified mail letter from Green Roofing & Construction that they are going to put a lien on my house because my insurance company has not paid them $150 they feel they are owed. Rather than work with the multi-billion dollar insurance company to get $150 they'd rather put a lien on my house. They did not do any work on my house. I don't even remember if they were one of the roofing companies I called for an estimate. Regardless I hired another company who were absolutely amazing, so I don't even know what the $150 charge is for. But I do have a letter informing me that there will be a lien placed on my house. I will assume this charge is part of a scam to get money from the insurance company and the insurance company is having none of it. Hire a lawyer to protect yourself if you are thinking about calling Green Roofing & Construction. They appear to be unethical. I spoke with Dominique Johnson who has no intention of rescinding the threat. Look for another company.

The inspector pointed out the job had a deadline so these guys came out within a week and finished the job done in a day. The large crew was super prompt, arrived at 7:30a ready to go and were gone by 4p. Hard to tell they were even here - except for the perfect roof they left behind! And the drone video! 😎 They also agreed to help us with a couple of other small jobs, which is super helpful. Highly recommend!
Andrew K. Nguyen2018-04-25I had my shingles upgraded after having hail damage on my roof. This company gave me first class service and follow up. They gave a lot of attention to details and ensured that I was satisfied all around. I believe that they went above and beyond my expectations because they actually did MORE work than they promised and documented in the original contract; ie painted flashers to my preference, upgraded my vents, additional coating under roof, provided me with extra matching shingles for future. This project was done in 2015 and I’ve been quite please with the work even 3 years after. I highly recommend this company for their thouroughness, professionalism, and follow up. They really own their work.
